Samantha I. Pranatadjaja practices business law and civil litigation with an emphasis on corporate matters, business-related disputes, and contract claims. Samantha has helped clients form companies, operate their businesses, advise them through corporate acquisitions, and has substantial experience handling contract drafting and review. Samantha joined Carroll & Associates PC as an associate attorney in May 2018. Before Carroll & Associates, Samantha worked as an associate attorney and law clerk for a boutique law firm in Sacramento. Additionally, Samantha served as a judicial extern at the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of California.
Samantha earned her Juris Doctor with concentrations in Tax Law and Business Law from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in May 2015. She graduated with distinction and was admitted to the Roger J. Traynor Honor Society. While at McGeorge, Samantha served as a staff writer and associate comment editor for McGeorge Global Business & Development Law Journal and published an article on corporate demergers in Japan. Samantha received the Witkin Award for earning the highest grade in the subject of Legal Research and Writing.
Prior to attending law school, Samantha earned a Bachelor of Arts in history with a minor in French from Temple University.
