Maria Rosenfeld brings a wealth of broad-based civil litigation skills to the firm. Her experience includes an emphasis on business and employment matters, trade secret/franchise litigation, and professional liability.

Previously, Maria accrued twenty years of experience working as an associate and also as a contract attorney, primarily practicing insurance defense and handling day-to-day caseload and maintenance of litigation files for several firms throughout the Greater Sacramento area. Her experience includes developing cases for efficient trial presentation (and/or disposition via law and motion), and in successfully mediating, arbitrating, and/or negotiating settlements in cases warranting resolution at the pre-trial stage.

Maria is a member of the Women Lawyers of Sacramento and acted as programs vice chair in 2013 and 2014.

Maria attended the University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law and has an undergraduate degree in Law and Society. She has been a member of the California State bar since December 1996 and is presently admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts of California’s Eastern, Northern, and Central Districts. Even though her legal name is Maria, her coworkers, colleagues, and friends know her as Mia. She speaks conversational Greek and enjoys international travel.
